Negative reviews
You have probably seen AMZ reviews and found them to be downright funny. Although many of them are poor writing skills, or misdirected attempts to express enthusiasm for the subject matter, others are actually hilarious. Take, for example the Star Fleet Captain's review. Although this review wasn't the most flattering, it received more than 25,000 positive comments. These reviews are funny and you may find it amusing to write your review, which addresses the same issues as the reviewer.
Negative feedback, while not always humorous, is necessary for businesses to publish. Although the reviews might be funny, it's important for businesses to publish them. The rights to these reviews belong to the reviewers and it's against the law to ask for permission. You might be able to find a humorous one-star review that you can use in your marketing campaigns. Positive reviews can amplify the negative ones and drive more traffic to your products.
Sarcastic tone
In the present study, we analyzed the sarcastic tone of Amazon reviews to identify which products receive positive reviews and which receive negative ones. We analyzed 5000 reviews and classified them as "Sarcastic" or "Nonsarcastic". Then we classified the reviews into five groups based on their sarcastic tone. Results show that products with a sarcastic tone have a lower likelihood of being reviewed positively than those with neutral tones.

This study is based upon two-star reviews which demonstrate the classifier’s greatest performance. We used reviews with a 2-star rating, which had the highest precision and recall. In the next study, we used the same dataset to identify sarcastic tone, but we also chose reviews that were less favorable. We found that a higher number of 2-star reviews had a sarcastic tone than other reviews.
